Terms, refunds & where funds go

This campaign is run by QUEMA × Morning Groove. Merchandise orders and donations are processed by Stripe. Event tickets were sold separately through PeerPop and are governed by PeerPop’s own terms.

Every piece in the collection is a preorder. Items are not in stock at the time of purchase. Production begins after the preorder window closes, and orders ship after production is complete.

You will be emailed a production and delivery timeline once the window closes. All pieces are black only, in sizes S–2XL.

Before production begins: you may cancel a preorder for a full refund by emailing hello@quemacollective.com with your order details.

After production begins: each piece is made to order, so orders can no longer be canceled. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full.

Wrong size ordered: because each piece is made to order, we cannot guarantee exchanges. Contact us and we will help where stock allows.

Donations are refundable only before the campaign transfers funds to the beneficiary. Once the donation has been made to the beneficiary, contributions can no longer be refunded. If you donated in error, contact us as soon as possible.

Contributions made through this site are payments to a community fundraising campaign run by QUEMA × Morning Groove. They are not tax-deductible charitable donations, and QUEMA × Morning Groove is not a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization. You will not receive a tax receipt.

Funds are collected by the organizers and then donated to the verified beneficiary, Cruz Roja Colombiana. If you would like a tax-deductible receipt, donate to Cruz Roja Colombiana directly instead — that route sends no money through this campaign and is entirely legitimate.

Money from merchandise, the fundraising event, and direct donations is collected by the organizers. Campaign costs — production, printing, payment processing fees, and venue costs — are deducted, and the remaining net amount is donated to Cruz Roja Colombiana.

Once the preorder and event have closed, the organizing team will publish the gross amount raised, campaign costs, the net amount donated, and proof of donation.

This campaign is not operated by, endorsed by, or formally affiliated with Cruz Roja Colombiana. Funds are donated to them as an independent supporter would donate.

Card details are collected and processed entirely by Stripe and are never seen or stored by this site. Shipping address, email, and phone number are collected to fulfill your order and to contact you about it. More in the privacy policy.

Charges appear on your statement as RELIEF MERCH for merchandise and RELIEF FUND for donations.
